Cancellation policy

How to cancel your Aiva subscription

You can cancel renewal through the billing portal where available, or by email. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of your current paid billing period.

Option 1: Billing portal

Sign in to your workspace and open Billing. Click Manage subscription to open the secure Stripe billing portal. You can update payment method, view invoices, and cancel renewal there when enabled. If cancellation is not available in the portal, use Option 2 below.

Option 2: Email

Email [email protected] with subject line Billing - cancellation request. Include your account email and workspace name.

When access ends

Access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. If you need immediate shutdown, say so in your cancellation email and we will confirm timing with you.

Data after cancellation

  • Data retention follows our privacy policy
  • You can request a data export before or after cancellation through support
  • You can request account or workspace deletion through support

Refunds

Cancelling stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund the current period. See the refund policy if you believe you are owed a refund for a billing error.
