How to cancel your Aiva plan

You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself create a refund for the current billing period.

How to cancel

Use either method:

Sign in to Billing and cancel the subscription (or open the Stripe customer portal from there)
Email [email protected] with subject line Billing - cancel subscription, using the account email on the subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period
You keep access until that period ends
No further renewals are charged after cancellation is confirmed
During a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid renewal

It does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current period
Downgrading or cancelling early does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund unless we agree otherwise in writing
Workspace data retention follows our Terms after the subscription ends

We confirm cancellation by email when it is processed. You can restart later by signing in and choosing a plan again from Billing.
