If you believe there is an urgent security issue, mark your email subject as urgent (for example: Urgent - security incident) and include what happened and when.

What to include in your email

  • The account email you used to register
  • Your workspace name
  • Relevant screenshots or error messages
  • Stripe receipt or invoice reference for billing issues
