How autonomous is it, does it act without me?
Within the scope you set, yes. Outside that scope, no: confidence thresholds pause anything ambiguous and route it to you instead of guessing. You decide how wide the scope is when you set the role up, and can narrow or expand it any time.
What counts as one AI employee?

Do I need technical skills to set it up?
